It’s fair to say that Pakistan had a mixed World Cup. They fell agonisingly short in the group stage as they only lost out on the fourth semi-final position on NRR (net run rate). Wins over both finalists (England and New Zealand) in the group phase proves that Pakistan can beat anyone on the biggest stage.
