Q: Who is ICC Travel & Tours?
ICC Travel and Tours have been appointed as the official travel agent for the ICC Champions Trophy in the summer of 2017.
ICC Travel and Tours sell official ticket-inclusive travel packages to the Champions Trophy and has tickets to all matches, including the matches that were sold out in the public ticket ballot run by the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2016.
Q: How can I get a ticket only?
Fans were able to purchase tickets via two main sources when they became available through the ICC:
First, the tickets were entered into a worldwide ballot process, which opened on 01 September 2016 and was available to all fans
Secondly, any tickets not sold through the ballot then went on worldwide public sale through ICC channels at the end of October 2016
The third avenue available to fans is through the travel programme of which ICC Travel and Tours operates, and where they are allocated a small proportion of tickets for all matches which will allows fans to travel to the event
Fourth is through the hospitality programme with ICC Travel and Tours Hospitality who still have availability in the hospitality programme for all matches in the tournament
Q: What part does the Official Travel Programme play in the Tournament?
It provides fans with an additional opportunity to be a part of the tournament if they didn’t obtain tickets in the ICC ballot
It opens the tournament out to fans from England and overseas across all matches
Allows fans to extend their experiences and enjoyment of the tournament with two night breaks
Provide multiple day return travel and ticket options across the country to the biggest matches
Q: How can fans use the Official Travel Programme as a way of purchasing tickets?
If fans were not fortunate enough to obtain tickets in the public ticket ballot this is another route for them to purchase through
It provides security, peace of mind and quality service for fans across the world
It is the perfect way for like-minded individuals and fans to be guaranteed the tickets they want for the matches they want to see via ring-fenced tickets for the sold out matches through the travel programme
It guarantees any size of group will be seated together
The official packages also include a range of hotel options as well as a list of departure points for day returns to choose from
Q: Why are prices so high compared to the face value of the ticket?
ICC Travel and Tours has ensured all ticket-inclusive packages are benchmarked against other major sporting events
This is to guarantee the ticket, travel and accommodation prices are commensurate with key sporting experiences such as the RBS 6 Nations Championship, major concerts and other high profile, socially engaging events
The official packages are made up of many different elements of which the official match tickets plays on a part. Each of our packages also includes either travel or accommodation as well as a piece of merchandise, staffing and administrative costs.
There is also the company’s contribution for each package by means of a commercial fee that supports the funding of the Tournament.
Q: I want to purchase a coach and ticket package, but won’t be using the coach – can I still do that?
As the official travel agent all of our packages are sold with either a travel or accommodation element – which is part of contractual agreement with the ICC.
All our customers are advised to use the coaches and departure points provided because the travel cost cannot be removed from the ticket package
However, if you prefer not to take the provided coach travel your travel arrangements will be left up to you
Q: Can you arrange all of my travel, if I am coming from another country?
There are elements of your travel around the tournament that we can arrange, such as extending the nights of your stay at the hotel. Flights and transfers would be at your own arrangements

Q: Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes, you will be able to upgrade your tickets and all of our package includes a Bronze ticket (except the Premium ICC Travel Packages, which include a Platinum ticket)
Q: Can I choose where I want to sit?
Although we have received our allocation, we have not been advised of specific seat numbers, but can place a request for you. However, this will not be guaranteed
Q: When do I get my tickets?
We will inform you of the method and timings of ticket distribution nearer the event but reserve the right to amend this at any stage. No tickets will be distributed unless full payment has been received.
Q: Do I get a refund if the match is called off because of rain/weather?
We recommend you check your insurance to make sure that you are covered in the event that the match you bought packages for are rescheduled, cancelled or postponed.
Tickets are sold subject to ICC Champions Trophy 2017 Ticket Terms & Conditions which may include the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. Q: What if it’s a large booking for more than 20 tickets?
Any bookings over 20 tickets need to be signed off by the tournament organisers, ICC. Therefore, a request must be made and approval gained before the booking can be accepted and processed. This is to prevent black market selling and is a standard procedure across major sporting events to preserve the integrity of the tickets and ensure fan security.
Q: What if I lose my tickets after I’ve received them?
Once distributed, tickets are your responsibility and cannot be replaced. Therefore, tickets must be kept safe at all times.
Q: What does access to the Lounge include?
The lounge is a relaxing area in the venue, usually with views across the pitch. There is no food or drink included as part of this package.
Q: How will I get my tickets?
Ticket distribution is still to be confirmed however our event team will be in contact to advise in due course.
Q: Where are the seats?
We are able to confirm the category of your seats however the locations have not yet been confirmed by the tournament organisers. You are able to upgrade your ticket category during the booking process should you wish to.
Q: Will we be sat together in the stadium?
We guarantee that you will be sat with the rest of your party. If you make one booking for all of your party (e.g. four people) then we will automatically allocate your seats together.
If they are separate bookings (e.g. two bookings of two people), you will need to let us know you are one party and we will link the bookings together so that you are allocated tickets together.
Q: What merchandise item will I receive / what will be in my merchandise pack?
Merchandise is currently to be confirmed however, we will advise in due course what item you will receive.
When do I get my Merchandise item?
This will be sent out after final payment on 6th April, you will be notified before delivery.
Q: What fixtures will have the Gala Dinner?

Q: Can I make my booking over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot take the booking over the phone. You can book online at www.ICCtravelandtours.co.uk or if you would like to book offline, we can send you a booking form to complete and then either scan and email, fax or post back to us.
Q: What type of ticket is included in each category?
Q: Where will my coach collection point be?
Details of the pickup point will be detailed in your confirmation email.
Q: What’s the face value of the tickets?
I do not have access to the breakdown of the individual costs; as we cannot sell individual tickets I do not know the separate values, only have the total package costs.
Q: Can I get a Gift certificate?
We can send a gift certificate for you on any booking once made – just let us know your booking reference and we will send a certificate for you
Q: If we are travelling as a group, can I get a discounts?
This is reviewed on a case by case basis, therefore you would need to contact one of our sales coordinators on 0344 788 6000
Q: I do not live by any of the stops, can I go from nearer my house?
As these are specific services we are unable to add or amend any of the departure points. If you don't live at one of these departure locations, alternatively we can offer a hotel and ticket package.
